UHHSA College Senator
The University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo Student Association (UHHSA) looks to accurately represent the views of the entire student body. They act as a liaison between the student body and the college administration through active collaboration with faculty, state legislatures and student organizations. They also encourage participation in campus governance and the college community.
The DKICP Senator represents the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy to the rest of the Student Senate, the UH Hilo student body, UH administrators, and state legislators. This person also chairs several committees and helps DKICP student organizations to gain support from UHHSA. A continuing goals of the DKICP Senator is to represent the DKICP in a way that will increase awareness of the College as well as help the rest of the campus gain a greater understanding of its role within the UH Hilo campus and the Hilo community.
