American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP)

The American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) Hawaiʻi Chapter is the Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy’s first and largest professional student organization. Our Chapter is part of a nationwide organization that consists of more than 34,000 student pharmacists from each of the schools and colleges of pharmacy nationwide.

The mission of APhA-ASP is to be the collective voice of student pharmacists, to provide opportunities for professional growth, to improve patient care, and to envision and advance the future of pharmacy. We hold annual health fairs and screenings, advocate for the profession, provide leadership and networking opportunities, and have the opportunity to meet with our state senators and representatives regarding pharmacy policy.
