Dr. Chad Kawakami

Dr. Kawakami is from Oʻahu and graduated from Oregon State University with his Pharm.D. degree. After graduation, Dr. Kawakami completed a PGY-1 residency at The Queen’s Medical Center. Following residency, he worked as a clinical pharmacist at The Queen’s Medical Center, Tripler Army Medical Center, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System.

Dr. Kawakami is also a Major in the United States Army Reserve with over 12 years of service. He is currently assigned to the 1984th United States Army Hospital – Pacific as the Training and Operations Officer for the Brigade.
