Douglas B. Adriance-Mejia, Pharm.D.

Dr. Adriance-Mejía received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Idaho State University (May 2005) and completed an ASHP accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency (PGY1) with Intermountain Healthcare (June 2006; Provo and Salt Lake City, UT). Post-residency, Dr. Adriance-Mejía worked at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center (Intermountain Healthcare) as Advanced Clinical Pharmacist and Team Lead for Critical Care Pharmacy Services. In addition to his in-patient endeavors, Dr. Adriance-Mejía has been manager of a retail pharmacy (Sav-On, Cedar City, UT) and has worked for Kaiser Hawai'i at the Hilo clinic as Staff Pharmacist. Dr. Adriance-Mejía graduated with his B.A. from Southern Utah University, with majors in French and Spanish, and minors in Chemistry and Biology, and a Secondary Educators’ License (May 2001). Dr. Adriance-Mejía is an active member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists, American Pharmacists Association, The Society of Critical Care Medicine, Hawai'i Pharmacist Association.
