Karen L. Pellegrin, Ph.D., M.B.A.
Director of Strategic Planning
Dr. Pellegrin received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Florida and her M.B.A. from The Citadel. Her professional experience in the healthcare industry includes patient care, teaching, research, administration, and consulting. Dr. Pellegrin served as a faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) for 8 years and Director of Quality Management for the MUSC Medical Center for 4 years. She then served for over 7 years as an executive for Compass Point Research, a clinical trials company, including as its Vice President for Quality Management and Strategic Planning, Chief Compliance Officer, and most recently as its President. Dr. Pellegrin has a strong track record of building infrastructure in support of strategic goals.
